Bianca Tonkin
HPS Solutions is a sister business to Holland Park Staffing, which I founded in 2009. After gaining extensive experience working as a nanny, private cook, and personal assistant both in the UK and internationally, I became a trusted provider of staff to clients worldwide.
I continue to offer executive assistance, personal assistant services, and "fixing" support for select clients—particularly those who need someone on the ground to navigate challenges before sourcing the right staff for their needs. I also take on projects based on my skills and availability, with private homes, family offices, and start-ups especially benefiting from my discretion, experience, and hands-on approach.
I have an extensive network of trusted professionals, including commercial talent, household staff, and skilled freelancers. I love finding solutions—whether implementing them myself or bringing in one of my trusted network.
